Fast dry epoxy

Fast epoxy, polymer flooring in 4 days, including concrete casting

Special polymer (epoxy) floor technology – the epoxy floor is laid on wet concrete in parallel with floor concreting and sanding. The epoxy floor is ready on the fourth day, including the day of concrete. You save a minimum of one month and get a finished epoxy floor on the fourth day.

How it works?

Process

DAY 1

CONCRETE CASTING

First day activities:

  • concrete casting;
  • grinding a concrete floor with a rotating concrete grinder and
  • first application/application of epoxy primer on freshly ground concrete with a pan.

DAY 2

SECOND COAT OF EPOXY PRIMER

Second-day activities:

  • with a special polymer (epoxy) floor technology, the floor is laid on wet concrete in parallel with the concreting and sanding of the floor.

DAY 3

APPLICATION OF EPOXY (POLYMER) COATING

Third day activities:

  • epoxy (polymer) flooring / paint application, and
  • incorporation of decorative chips.

DAY 4

VARNISH APPLICATION AND CHIP STRENGTHENING

Fourth-day activities:

If decorative chips are used for the floor, then the fourth day is required:

  • varnish application;
  • strengthening of decorative chips.

BENEFITS

Key benefits over conventional epoxy coatings:

  • we get extra time to start the next work as quickly as possible;
  • a whole month is saved, because the cover is ready on the 4th day, including the day of concreting;
  • the usual technology used by most construction companies has to wait a month after concreting and the concrete has to be dried before the epoxy is applied.
